Virna's passion lies in the intersection of strategy and operations, with extensive experience in organizational design, strategic development, and risk management across multiple industries. Her exceptional skills in navigating complex stakeholder arrangements stem from her time as a partner at PwC and running her own pharmaceutical company, where she advised organizations on growth strategies and operations, and worked with NPOs on sustainability. At Greer Services, Virna leverages her strategic thinking and problem-solving ability to help clients tackle their challenges with practical and effective solutions.
YAW SARKODIE-MENSAH
Yaw is passionate about designing business and brand strategies for positive impact, and he strives for a fairer and more equitable world. With expertise in building brands, driving change programs, and transforming operations for businesses, Yaw has worked with leading organizations such as Unilever, Danone, PZ Cussons, and Wilmar across sub-Saharan Africa.
As a business consultant with extensive experience in consumer goods, advertising, and consulting industries, Yaw brings a unique skill set that emphasizes practicality and simplicity in strategy development, ensuring relevance and implementability for the people being served.
At Greer Services, Yaw combines his human and ecosystem design thinking capabilities to craft clear and impactful strategies that drive business growth and promote socio-environmental regeneration.
MARK HAUSER
Mark brings a wealth of experience in the field of behavioural science, having spent several years conducting research on the psychological underpinnings of brands and providing psychologically informed insights and strategies to leading companies such as Graze, Unilever, and Diageo. With a background in business and marketing strategy, including six years running the US subsidiary of the popular game Top Trumps, Mark offers a unique blend of commercial experience and behavioural understanding, along with a deep commitment to driving positive behaviour change.
At Greer Services, Mark applies his expertise to map and outline drivers of behaviour change in culture, leadership, end-user engagement, management, reward, and operations, helping clients achieve better impact and business performance.
